Our vendors are an important part of maintaining our communities. Thank you for your service and taking time to register and become an approved Rubenstein Partners vendor.

Rubenstein Partners' Vendor Compliance Program is provided by Registry Monitoring Insurance Services (RMIS). Once registration is complete, if necessary, RMIS will be contacting your insurance provider to obtain insurance certificates. RMIS will continue tracking insurance coverage and all other vendor information.

To become a certified vendor and service our managed communities, you must complete the following steps:

Requirements for All Vendors:

  • Supply your updated Vendor contact information (Company Name, TaxID, Address, Phone, Fax, Email, Contact, etc.)
  • Choose which properties you will service
  • Fill out electronic W-9 form
  • Provide the name and address for each of your company's principals for OFAC screening
  • Pay your annual registration fee of $99.95 via credit card online
  • Your Insurance Producer must provide a copy of your Insurance Certificate that shows current coverages in accordance with Rubenstein Partners requirements
